Rider Profile Submission

So you want to be famous, huh? Hey, I don't blame you - it's a lot easier to maintain 15 minutes of fame than it is to nudge at your VO2 max for even half that long.

In truth, I'm glad you're here. Thanks for taking a few minutes to fill out this form and for sharing a little about yourself with the rest of us. There's no way to save your work here and return to it, so you should probably look the whole form over before you start, to make sure you have the time you need (about the length of the Tour's Prologue), and also that you have a picture or two handy to attach.

Each pic must be smaller than 1MB to submit. So if you have big digital camera images you'll need to resize them. Here's a nifty little site for that (though there are many others and you probably have software on your computer that does it as well):

Almost finished. Here's the part you'll have to think about a little bit. You need to write a cycling haiku. A haiku is Japanese, like Shimano. But it's a type of poem, not a derailleur. It's a short 3-line poem consisting of 17 syllables, typically 5 in first line, 7 in second, 5 in third. Usually there's a reference to one of the 4 seasons, and the last line sort of sits by itself (See: http://www.toyomasu.com/haiku/).
