Please take some time out from your search for websites that will host free Giro video updates in order to stay current on what's far more relevant to your daily lives:
- This falls into the category of information that would have been good to have a week earlier. The Service Course is a great site, by the way, and definitely worth your regular attention.
- What is it you really like? Sprinting? Crashes? Photo journalism? Gentle digs at the military? Get 'em all here. Truly excellent camera work by Mark Blacknell.
- Bryan at On Cycling has a thoughtful post on upgrades specifically, and motivation more broadly. I'm pretty sure he concludes by saying that if stops finishing in the top 10, he wants Jared to shoot him. But maybe I'm misreading.
- FIREbike has a "Why I did not race well" list started. Contribute your favorite excuse. Maybe it will prove therapeutic for you and you won't use it anymore. (You might still not race well, of course.)
For the record, I would just like to note that I was born and raised on military bases . . .
(Which, of course, explains my true appreciation for there being a right way, wrong way, and an Army way.)
