Well it's Christmas eve here in Belgium and our big period of racing is looming ever close in the distance. Today was primarily a easy day/rest day for me. I seem to be developing a cold so I am doing everything I can do to fend it off.
After the ride, the majority of us took a tour of the Tour of Flanders. Noel and Geoff took us up all the major climbs including the infamous Koppenberg. It turns out they're steeper than they look. I can't imagine slugging up all those slick cobbled climbs after all those miles of racing.

After seeing the major climbs, we all went to the Tour of Flanders museum. Here we saw pro's bikes, films, and rode on a cobble-simulator; it was definitely a neat day trip for an easy day.

After seeing the museum Els (Noel Dejonkheere's Wife) prepared us a wonderful Belgian Christmas eve feast; it was definitely a good way to cap off another great day.
Tommorow should be a final day of training before the next race on Friday. I will have to see how I feel... Id rather not prolong the agony by racing on a cold on friday.
I'll keep you posted.
