NCVC to ride Specialized Tarmacs in 2009

After a long relationship with Cannondale, NCVC will part ways with the makers of the ubiquitous CAAD9, signing on with Specialized for 2009 and riding Tarmacs.

This is at least as newsworthy as VeloNews dedicating two entire articles to point out that Armstrong and Contador rode together on the same training ride. Maybe even more newsworthy, since you're not racing against anybody on Astana next year.
