GamJams Survey: Jumping Ship

It happens every year, usually in late summer. Thoughts switch to next year — races, training plans, new gear. For some, it's time to think of a new team. Maybe you're disgruntled, maybe you're looking for a change of scenery. Or, maybe, you're perfectly content. 

But when the offer comes, will you take it seriously? For the pros it's a few thousand more Euros or maybe a guaranteed leadership role. On the amateur scene it could be a bike, or maybe kit reimbursement. Or, if you're sponsored by a place like Chipotle, free burritos. 

So, what's it going to take?
