There are a few constants that you can rely on at the PLT time trials. It will be hot; it will be ghastly humid, there will be wind. Two more… Laura Cook (Vanderkitten) and Stephen Robinson (Squadra Coppi / IM Saab) will blow everyone’s doors off. Both clocked the fastest times at last week's PLT #2, and have this course dialed.
Never one to disappoint, Laura clocked a time of 54:18, with Maria Calcaterra of Team Natures Path coming in second at 56:18, and Vanderkitten’s own Biker Bj in 56:27. Nipping at Robinson’s (47:37) heels were Evolutions Ted Michaels in 47:44 and Jake Tremblay of Rostello p/b Fiorucci in 48:26. Robinson took the $100 fastest time of the series bonus home for his troubles, besting his winning time from last weekend by 1:18.
Special thanks to those great sponsors and the community who make our races happen. Specifically, Bike Beat and Fat Frogs who are always generous when they give back to the community. And the Chesapeake Police work diligently with promoter Christina Teeuwen to make sure that the races are safe. So when you see these great people, thank them! I’m sure that Mike Fawell will; he was the lucky duck who got the big prize for entering… a new wheel set.The Virginia Age graded time trial champions are:

There are just two races left in the Virginia BAR… The Page Valley Senior Road Race Championships are sure to be a decisive factor if not a pure sufferfest for everyone who is vertically challenged. The following week is the Chesapeake Crit which is also the State Age Graded Crit Championship. Both are must do races if you have any hopes of winning your BAR category.

Is there a full results list anywhere?

Christina should have the full results up on Bikereg or VAcycling.org very shortly. I could only get the top 3 by category....
