At some point soon, depending on where you live, the weather is going to take a turn for the worse.
That might mean any number of things — 40 and raining, perhaps. Or it could mean snow and week-long stretches of single-digit temperatures. Or, if you're from warmer climes, it could mean the highs are only in the 50s.
That's gotta be rough.
Regardless, the stationary trainer (or rollers) will likely be the only option on days like this ... assuming you don't pull the plug entirely and skip the workout. How bad does it have to be before the trainer comes into play?
