You know what's cooler than a race bike with full-on, deep-dish carbon wheels? Not much, in our book.
So, of course, that's why we take pictures of our bikes in race trim and ride those wheels as much as possible. Of course, the easiest way to ride those wheels a lot is by, well, riding them a lot — and that includes the weekly throwdown ride.
Wait, what? Carbon? On the weekly ride? Really? It's happened before and it'll happen again. But should it happen? Well, that's up to you.
I'll be the first to say it....Deep Dish is for pizza.
